Application Instructions Clean all surfaces to be patched thoroughly using a vinyl surface cleaner. Cut the patch larger than the area to be patched. Cut the patch with rounded corners to prevent peeling. Light gauge vinyl & inflatable pools: Apply the adhesive sparingly to patch, covering it evenly all over. Heavy gauge vinyl & pool liners: Apply the adhesive liberally to patch, covering it evenly all over. Out of the water: Apply patch to cover damaged area being sure to press out all air bubbles. If possible, apply weight to the patch and allow 24 hours to reach full bond strength. Under water: K eep patch folded onto itself over the area to be repaired, then unfold patch and apply immediately. Carefully press out all air bubbles. If possible, apply weight to the patch and allow 24 hours to reach full bond strength. Tip: If your damaged area is on a seam, add an additional bead of glue to the seam before applying the patch.
