?ADDITION OF A TIMER DEVICE Switching the inground pool pump on and off every day is repetitive and time-consuming. TONGCHANT's pool pumps add a timer device and have two operating modes. The problem is easily solved when the timer is set so that it can manage the 2hp pool pump instead of you.
?CONTINOUS MODE The timer has eight operation period options. In continuous mode, the pool pumps above ground will automatically start every day and stop when it reaches its operating period. For example, if you set the timer at 2 p.m. and select a 4-hour run period, the swimming pool pump will automatically stop running at 6 p.m. The 2 hp pool pump will repeat this process at the same time each day until you set the timer again.
?SINGLE CYCLE MODE In single cycle mode, the in ground pool pump will automatically shut off when the operation period expires. For example, if you set the timer at 2 p.m. and select a 4-hour run period, the pool pump motor will automatically stop running at 6 p.m. When you reset the timer, the pool pump above ground runs again.
?EFFICIENT AND DURABLE With a high-performance copper wire motor and impeller, the swimming pool pumps inground maximize flow and reduce noise. Built-in automatic thermal overload protection prevents the pool motor from overheating and burning out, ensuring safe operation. The body is made of reinforced thermoplastic for strength and durability.
?EASY TO USE AND MAINTAIN Standard 1-1/2" NPT inlet and outlet on pool pumps for inground pools can be connected directly to a hose. The large filter basket collects debris, leaves, gravel, etc., reducing maintenance. You can always view the strainer basket through the transparent lid and determine if it needs to be cleaned.
